Test purpose:
Before carrying out thermal cycling and wet freezing accelerated aging tests, all photovoltaic module samples undergo pre-exposure under controlled ultraviolet radiation. The core aim of this preconditioning step is to assess the anti-ultraviolet performance of polymeric materials and sealant adhesives that tend to degrade, discolor or delaminate when exposed to UV light over extended periods.
