I. Usage:
This machine is used to test the degree of thermal deformation of materials such as plastics and wire sheaths.
Ii. Test Methods:
At a specific temperature, the specimen is freely placed in the testing machine for 30 minutes, then clamped between the parallel plates of this machine, subjected to a specified load, and placed at the same temperature for another 30 minutes. The thickness difference before and after heating is measured by a gauge. The deformation rate is obtained by dividing this thickness difference by the thickness before heating.
