1. Scope of application:

It is mainly suitable for measuring the mechanical strength of PVC insulated cables or rubber insulated and extra-soft wires with a rated voltage of less than 450/750V, two or more cores, and its performance structure should meet the national standards of GB/T 5013.2-2008, GB/T 5013.8-2008 and GB/T5023.2-2008. The instrument should have the characteristics of novel design, reliable performance and structure, convenient operation, dual-purpose and high accuracy of test data. 3. Testing:

1) Test sample type: two-core single-phase, two-core three-phase, three-core three-phase, three-core four-phase. It has a DC 12V signal current source.

2) Test method: no-load, single-phase (two-core), three-phase (three-phase three-wire/three-phase four-wire), cables with more than five cores and cables less than 18 cores can be selected.

3) Failure check of the tested sample:

Ammeter indication: A, B, C phases are disconnected and automatically shut down.

Current indication: A/B, A/C, B/C short circuit and alarm automatic shutdown.

Current indication: A, B, C and pulley short circuit ring alarm and automatic shutdown.

Samples with more than five cores do not add load current, as long as the wire cores are connected together on V-V, the DC voltage is displayed on the panel signal source as 12V, and it will automatically stop if there is a broken circuit.
