Product material

a: Box material:  The inner and outer boxes of this machine are made of A-grade gray PVC (thickness 5mm) with high temperature resistance, high humidity and high corrosion resistance imported from Germany, and are welded by using advanced ring belt production three-dimensional reinforcement technology, with strong structure, never deformed, gorgeous and generous, suitable for various test specifications such as salt water spray and copper acetate.

b: Test drug refill bottle:  Hidden integrated test drug refill bottle, easy to clean and operate.

c: Pressure saturation barrel:  Using A-grade gray PVC material imported from Germany, exquisite tank structure design, high temperature resistance, high humidity, high pressure, high corrosion, non-rusty, relieving the confusion of long-term use of stainless steel rust. d: Laboratory shelf:  The A-grade gray PVC material imported from Germany is exquisitely designed into a "V" shaped strip, and the carbon fiber straight diameter is 10mm "O" shaped strip to ensure that the product under test can be adjusted at will from 15°-30° angle. e: The upper cover of the laboratory:  the 8mm thick and high toughness transparent acrylic (imported) plate is used, and the 100-degree ridge transparent upper cover is designed by the physical bending method. The mist dew remaining on the upper cover slides down the cover wall to the sealing groove. to prevent dripping onto the product being tested.

c: Air supply system: The air pressure is 1Kg/cm2 and adjusted in two stages. The first section is roughly adjusted by 2Kg/cm2, and an imported air filter is adopted, with a drainage function. The second stage is a precision adjustment of 1Kg/cm2, 1/4 pressure gauge, the display is precise and accurate.

Spray method

a Bernoulli's principle absorbs brine and then atomizes, the atomization degree is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure that the test is carried out continuously.

b  The nozzle is made of tempered glass, which can adjust the spray volume and spray angle, and the precision crystal glass nozzle (PYREX) ensures that there is no crystal blockage for 10,000 hours.

c  The spray volume is adjustable from 1~2ml/h (ml/80cm2/h standard requires testing for 16 hours to find the average amount). The metering cylinder is installed in-line, and the appearance is beautiful and neat.It is easy to operate and observe, and reduces the installation space of the instrument.

Heating system

The direct heating method is adopted, the heating speed is fast, the standby time is reduced, and when the temperature arrives, the constant temperature state is automatically switched, the temperature is accurate, and the power consumption is low. Pure titanium heating element, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long service life.
