2. Refractory test furnace: It is a vertical test furnace with internal dimensions of 3.5M(length)x 3.5m (depth)x 1.25m (height).
3. Furnace structure; The steel structure frame is adopted, and the furnace wall is built with refractory bricks in the middle of the steel structure frame. The inner side of the furnace wall is made of high-temperature resistant insulation material with a density greater than 1000kg/M°. The outer side is wrapped with color steel, and the thickness of the furnace lining material is 65mm. The internal temperature test temperature can reach up to 1250℃. This furnace is produced, lined and tested in our factory. According to the preset functions of your company, it is disassembled into components suitable for reassembly and packaged for transportation on trailers.
