Technical parameters 1. Instrument composition: Refractory test furnace, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system and pressure measurement and control system. 2. Refractory test furnace: It is a vertical test furnace with internal dimensions of 4.5m (length) ×3.5m (depth) ×4.25m (height). 3. Furnace structure: A steel structure frame is adopted. The furnace wall is built with refractory bricks in the middle of the steel structure frame. The inner side of the furnace wall is made of high-temperature resistant insulation material with a density greater than 1000kgpm³. The outer side is wrapped with color steel, and the thickness of the inner lining material of the furnace is 65mm. The temperature test temperature inside the furnace can reach up to 1250℃.
