Product Usage:

Used to determine the MFR value of the melt flow rate of various plastics and resins in a viscous flow state. It is suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polysulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. with high melting temperatures, as well as for plastics with low melting temperatures such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin, etc. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, etc The petrochemical and other industries, as well as related universities, research institutions, and commercial inspection departments.

The melt flow rate meter is applicable to the determination of the specified mass flow rate of thermoplastic melts in the national standard GB/T3682-2000 for the determination of mass flow rate and volume flow rate of thermoplastic melts. This standard is equivalent to the provisions of ISO 1133:1997 and can also meet the ASTM D1238 testing standard.
