About System:
Protective Clothing Against Heat and Flame Tester is mainly composed of test
chamber,control system, manikin, data acquisition system, image acquisition system
and software. It can calibrate the uniformity of incident heat flow, collect and
calculate the temperature of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue, complete the
analysis of first degree burn, second degree burn and pain, predict the degree and
scope of burn, so as to complete the protection clothing definition of protective
properties.
 
Manikin:
The manikin model is made of non degradable and fireproof ceramic composites;
The manikin has joints of shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle;

the performance of flame-retardant protective clothing. This standard is specifically
used to evaluate the overall thermal protection performance (TPP) of protective
clothing under flashover conditions . The latest version of the standard name and
application is ASTM F1930-23, the full name of which is "Test Method for
Evaluating the Performance of Flame-retardant clothing against Simulated Fire using
instrumented Human Models". This standard tests the overall thermal protection
performance of protective clothing by simulating extreme fire conditions such as
flashover. Standard Test Method for Evaluating Fire Simulation of Flame-retardant
Clothing Using Instrumental Human Models. Application scenarios. This standard is
cited by NFPA 2112 and other protective clothing certifications as the benchmark for
evaluating whether flame-retardant clothing can pass the 3-second flash fire test (with
50% full-body burn as the critical value).
