When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample are at different stable temperatures, it measures the heat flow through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, as well as the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces of the sample, and calculates the thermal conductivity. This instrument is designed for the testing of low thermal conductivity insulation materials and meets the high-precision testing requirements of the thermal conductivity coefficient of insulation materials by the material testing research department. Instrument reference standards: GB/T3139-2005 (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiber-reinforced Plastics) (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), GB/10294-2008 (Determination of Steady-state Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulation Materials - Protected hot Plate Method), etc. The main materials tested include plastics, vacuum glass, fibers, foams, etc. It is widely applied in material analysis and testing in colleges and universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments and production plants.

High-precision displacement sensors are adopted and connected to a computer for automatic thickness measurement. The measurement range is 0- 50mm, with a resolution of 0.01mm.

 

It can automatically increase pressure and detect the thermal conductivity under different pressure conditions. The pressure range is adjustable from 0 to 1000N, with a resolution of 0.1N.
