시험 절차
|
시험은 습기 밀봉 부식 방지 챔버에서 수행하며, 부피는 20 m3를 초과하지 않아야 합니다.

시험 조건
|
절연체에 적용되고 5,000시간 동안 반복되는 스트레스 사이클은 그림 3에 나와 있습니다. 이 사이클은 시험 시료가 온도 변화 및 결로의 영향도 받도록 설계되었습니다.

전압
|
킬로볼트 단위의 전력 주파수 시험 전압은
시험 시료의 실제 연면 거리에 맞게 조정됩니다. 이는 연면 거리를 밀리미터 단위로 34.6으로 나누어 결정됩니다. (위상 간 값으로 계산된 20 mm/kV의 특정 연면 거리에 해당). |

태양광 시뮬레이션
|
시뮬레이션된 태양광 조사는 공칭 출력 6500 W의 제논 아크 램프와 2개의 붕규산 유리 필터(그림 5의 예 참조)로 제공됩니다. 제논 램프와 시험 시료 사이의 거리는 약 480 mm입니다.
각 시험 시작 시 새 램프와 필터를 사용해야 합니다. 램프 제조업체의 권장 사항에 따라 시험 중 필터와 필요한 경우 램프를 교체해야 합니다. |

인공 강우
|
인공 강우는 시험 시료 위에 설치되고 그 주변에 설치된 노즐로 제공됩니다(그림 4 참조). 평균 강수량은 IEC 60060-1에 따라야 합니다. 최소 저항률 85 nm의 물을 사용해야 합니다. 각 시험 시료는 개별적으로 분무됩니다.

건열
|
챔버는 50 °C ± 2 °C까지 가열됩니다. 온도가 상승하는 데 걸리는 시간은 최대 15분입니다.
참고 챔버 벽을 가열하고 단열하는 것이 좋습니다. |

습도
|
공칭 상대 습도: RH = 50 °C에서 95 % ± 3 %.

오염
|
오염은 IEC 60507 유형의 노즐로 분무되는 염수 안개(염도: 7 kg/m3 ± 5 %)로 시뮬레이션됩니다. 분무 노즐은 챔버 바닥에 가깝게 설치되어 챔버 지붕을 향해 위로 분무됩니다. 안개는 챔버를 채워야 하며 시험 시료에 직접 분무되어서는 안 됩니다. NaCI를 수돗물에 녹여 만든 염수를 분무 노즐에 공급해야 합니다. 안개의 강도와 균일성은 시료의 노출 구역에서 유지되어야 합니다. 염수 안개 보정 |

보정은 시험 시작 전에 수행됩니다.
|
최소 2개의 깨끗한 수집 용기(수집 면적 8,000 mm2 ± 2,000 mm2, 최대 높이 100 mm)를 시험 대상 끝의 위치에 가능한 한 가깝게 배치합니다. 용기는 시험 시료에 의해 가려지지 않고 챔버의 구조 요소 또는 다른 소스에서 물이 떨어지는 것을 방지하는 방식으로 배치됩니다.
최소 16시간 동안 평균 1시간당 1.5 ml에서 2.0 ml의 강수량(8000 mm2 수집 면적 기준 보정)을 수집해야 합니다. 기록 시스템 |
