CF9538F Maximum Temperature Tester for Thermal Insulation Materials

Conform to the standard: In line with GB/T17430-1998 "Evaluation Method for the Maximum Service Temperature of Thermal Insulation Materials" relevant standards are not equivalent: ASTM C411-82 "Test Method for Hot Surface Performance of High Temperature Thermal Insulation Materials" ASTM C447-85 "Non-equivalence of Related Standards for Thermal Insulation Materials: ASTM C411-82 "Test Method for Hot Surface Performance of High Temperature Insulation Materials", ASTM C447-85 "Evaluation Method for Maximum Use Temperature of Thermal Insulation Materials", and ISO 8142:1990 Appendix A Test Method for Determining the Maximum Service Temperature of Prefabricated Mineral Wool Pipe Shells.

Scope of application: It is suitable for the evaluation of the maximum use temperature of insulation products such as loosely filled insulation materials, felts, blankets, blocks, plates and prefabricated insulation tube shells.

Main technical parameters:

4.1. Heating plate: made of SUS304 stainless steel, test area 900*450mm, surrounded by protective layer, width 80mm. On the lower surface of the heating plate, no less than five thermocouples determine its surface temperature, four of which are fixed on the diagonal of the heating area of the heating plate and are 150mm away from each corner, and the fifth thermocouple is placed in the center of the heating plate. The measured temperature at any point must not be lower than the required temperature and the difference is +5% or +15°C (whichever is smaller).

4.2. Heating Tube: (Please contact 13450023619 for details) It is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a length of 2M and a nominal diameter of 88mm, 108mm and 133mm. Three heating tubes are arranged side by side, allowing the prefabricated insulated tube shells to be tested individually. The end of the heating tube should be provided with a protective section of not less than 75mm long and an auxiliary heater to prevent excessive heat loss at the end of the specimen. A thermocouple is installed every 0.3m to determine the surface temperature of the heating pipe. Thermocouples are arranged in a spiral around the heating tube at 90° intervals. The measured temperature at any point must not be lower than the required temperature and the difference is +5% or +15°C (whichever is smaller).

4.3. Temperature measurement system: the diameter of the thermocouple wire is 5.0mm,

Measuring temperature: 0-1250 °C; The temperature is measured by a PLC+ module.

4.4. Control part: PLC module is used, and the microcomputer controls the real-time display of the temperature curve of the hot surface and outputs the report.

4.5. Heating rate: 5°C/min or 3°C/min can be set.

4.6. Temperature collection: every 2 minutes, and displayed with a curve;

4.7. Thermocouple response time: <0.5s
