Introduction:
This machine is a 25 tons flat vulcanizing machine, suitable for pressing various molded products, such as rubber and plastic, as well as thin sheet products. This machine tool is a four column integral structure, with a pressing type of downward (upward) pressure, divided into three parts: the main engine, oil tank, and electric control box. The host is equipped with components such as plungers, oil cylinders, fixed plates, and movable plates. The fuel tank has components such as oil pumps, pipelines, valves, etc. The oil pump is driven by an electric motor, and the electrical control box is equipped with a button switch, magnetic starter, timing alarm, brake temperature controller, overload protector, etc. When the motor is overloaded, it can automatically cut off the power supply. The electric heating is controlled by an automatic temperature controller in three ways, which can be
adjusted freely within the range of 20-200 degrees. After reaching a certain temperature, the circuit can automatically maintain a constant temperature,and when the set vulcanization time is reached, an automatic alarm will sound.
