C· Principle
The contact Angle measuring instrument mainly consists of six parts: main machine, light source, injection drip system, sample table, imaging acquisition system and analysis software. The equipment adopts the principle of optical imaging.
1. The host adopts high-strength national standard aluminum alloy structure, with modular design concept, self-developed integrated chip circuit control, adopts the essence and configuration of imported contact Angle equipment, and the whole machine is simple and convenient to use without subsequent calibration, and the whole machine is stable and durable.
2.The light source adopts industrial-grade blue adjustable LED cold light source (life above 50000H), the light is uniform and stable, and the liquid volatilization caused by extra heat can be avoided.
3.The high precision electric control unit of the injection dropping system, with software control, the dropping accuracy can reach 0.1uL. 500uL dedicated quartz microfeeder, durable and free from liquid corrosion.
4.The sample table adopts a three-dimensional mobile platform, which can achieve 0.1mm high precision up and down, left and right front and back movement control.
5.The camera of the imaging acquisition system adopts Daheng image 1280*1024 professional CMOS digital camera, the frame rate can reach 30fps, the shooting is stable, the image is clear and true. Lens adopts 0.6-4.5 times HD industrial continuous magnification microscope, imaging without deformity and distortion.
