CF8428 Insulator Multi Stress Testing Machine

I. Scope of Application
This equipment is mainly used to simulate the comprehensive performance test of insulators under complex working conditions. By applying mechanical loads, high voltages, temperature and humidity changes, chemical corrosion and other multi-stress coupling effects, its durability and reliability are evaluated.

2. Compliance with Standards
This document provides the technical requirements for the 5000h multiple stress test bench in accordance with IEC 62730:2024.

Technical parameters:
1-The interior coating of the test chamber will be made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (306 or 315).The coating can prevent salt spray and corrosion.
2.- The corrosion-resistant materials on each unconnected wall will be made as single pieces as possible.
3.The internal dimensions of the cabin are 2.7x3.0x2.4m (with a total volume of 18.63m ³).
4-There will be a window with radiation-proof glass on the door.
5- The distance between the sample and the xenon lamp is 1 meter. 6- The wall thickness should be at least 10cm, and the interior should be covered with heat insulation material

Voltage
The power frequency test voltage (kilovolts) is adjusted to the actual creepage distance of the specimen. It is determined by dividing the creepage distance (in millimeters) by 34,6 (equal to the creepage distance of 20mm /kV, calculated based on the relative phase value).
2. When the continuous resistance current of the power circuit on the high-voltage side is 250 milliamperes (r.m.s.) for 1 second, a maximum voltage drop of 5% should be experienced. The protection level should be set at 1 A (r.m.s).
