1, Applicable scope:
The method used to determine the fire response performance of building materials or products (excluding paving materials and products specified in EC Resolution 2000/147/EC) in a single unit combustion test (SBI).
2, Compliant with standards:
Complies with the requirements of GB/T 20284-2006 standard "Single Body Combustion Test for Building Materials or Products" and EN13823 "Single Body Combustion Test Method (SBI)" test standards.
3, Performance parameters:
The equipment includes a combustion test room, a control room, a small cart, smoke exhaust pipes, a data collection and analysis device, and a gas supply control device.
1) Combustion test room: L3000×W3000×H2400 (MM), with a collection hood and smoke exhaust pipe connected to the sampling pipeline at the top of the room, and a space for natural air entry and exit below the small cart. During the experiment, the heat released by the combustion of the sample and the combustion products must be discharged from the exhaust pipe and built with brick walls.
2) The ignition source is a 31KW propane right angle sandbox burner placed in the vertical corner of the small cart (with a side length of 250mm and a height of 80mm).
3) A comprehensive sampling area is set up in the smoke exhaust duct for placing sensors and sampling pipes.
4) Smoke exhaust speed: 0.50 m³/s to 0.65m³/s.
5) Indoor environmental temperature measurement: K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1mm, environmental pressure test: ± 200Pa.
6) Temperature measurement of exhaust duct: an imported K-shaped armored thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5.
7) Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.5 ℃.
8) High precision pressure sensor for smoke exhaust duct, with an accuracy of ± 2Pa
9) Time recording system accuracy: 0.1s.
10) Test time: 1-30 minutes can be set.
11) Smoke density measurement system, capable of measuring smoke density during the testing process.
12) The gas analyzer and key components are all original imported.
