Scope of application: Mainly applicable to the oil resistance test of plastics such as enameled wires and insulating coatings. The specimens are immersed in the test oil at the specified temperature. After a certain period of time, the specimens are taken out and their tensile residual values are measured. For enameled wires, the quality of the coating film is inspected. The temperature control system adopts microcomputer control and has PID function, which ensures high control accuracy and good stability. It is equipped with a timed alarm function and will automatically sound the alarm when the set time is reached.

Notes
When the machine is at a high temperature, please be careful not to get burned.
After the test is completed, please turn off the power. If it has not been used for a long time, please unplug the power cord.

The test oil needs to be replaced after a period of trial use
 

Usage method
When using the instrument, first fill the oil tank with oil.
Turn on the power.
Set the temperature to be tested. Look at each other.
Start heating.
After reaching the test temperature, place the test sample in.
Set the time required for the test.
