System composition:
Voltage regulation module: This module is mainly used for voltage regulation and can adjust the boost rate. It has high voltage zero limit and high voltage boost limit. High voltage module: This module mainly uses a high voltage generator to boost the voltage from low voltage at a set rate. The core components mainly consist of transformers and matching anti-interference accessories.
Test module: This section mainly consists of supporting test electrodes, test oil tanks, and test brackets, which can be carried out in a high-temperature testing environment according to user needs.
Control module: This instrument is controlled by computer upper computer software and is a brand new third-generation dielectric strength testing instrument independently developed by our company. The core control system of this instrument is controlled by PLC, and the data acquisition part is completed by digital integration module. The communication with the computer and data acquisition are completed by photoelectric isolation line, effectively solving the anti-interference problem during the test process. Voltage acquisition and current acquisition are completed by high-precision sensors.
