1. Static load test and requirements
1.1 All components of the seat belt (including the belt, rope, metal fittings, and stitching used) and the surrounding rod belt and rope shall undergo static load testing as a whole, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.1 of GB6095-85 "Seat Belts". Only after passing the test can they be assembled into a seat belt. The overall fence or rope must undergo a static load test of 4412.7N (450kgf) before mass production can begin.
