Arc Resistance Tester

1. Scope of Application

It is used to evaluate the arc‑resistance performance of insulating materials such as electrical plastics, resin adhesives and insulating varnishes in the motor, electrical appliance and household appliance industries. It complies with GB/T1411‑2002 Test method for dry solid insulating materials under high‑voltage low‑current arc discharge. It performs arc‑resistance tests on solid insulating media including plastics, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulating oil, insulating varnish, paperboard and other materials.

2. Applicable Standards

Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB1411, IPC‑650, IEC 61621 and ASTM D495, and conforms to test methods of JEC 149, UL 746A.
