1, Purpose:
Used for measuring the combustion performance test of dry-type transformers in accordance with GB 1094.11-2007 "Dry type Transformers" for Class F1 dry-type transformers.

 

2, Functional requirements:
The function meets the requirements of the 28.3 F1 level dry-type transformer combustion performance test in GB 1094.11-2007 "Power Transformers Part 11: Dry type Transformers"; Before the experiment, calibrate the combustion test chamber, including air flow rate, temperature within the measurement section, and the adjustment amount of the regulating valve or exhaust system; During the experiment, real-time monitoring of various parameters (including temperature, transmittance, air flow rate, etc.) throughout the entire experiment process, weighing of the sample mass before and after the experiment, and calculation of energy, etc; The detection of corrosive and harmful gas emissions can detect gases and their contents such as hydrogen chloride (HCL), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), hydrogen fluoride (HF), hydrogen bromide (HBr), sulfur dioxide (SO2), formaldehyde (HCHO), etc; The selected equipment components meet the requirements for combustion performance testing. The backend testing software can be made into a display interface and can implement functions such as permission setting, communication, parameter setting, system calibration, data curve, report export, data saving, start stop, and system help. On this interface, experimental operations can be carried out, including data processing, experimental reports, and curve generation and printing.

 

3,  Test record requirements
Require recording throughout the entire experimental process
(1) Alcohol combustion time and electric heating time;
(2) Each temperature value should be recorded every 1 minute or less from the start of the experiment (when alcohol is ignited);
(3) The continuous recorded value (%) of visible light transmitted within the measurement section,
(4) The air flow rate (m3/s) within the measurement section measured every 1 minute or less; And it can draw corresponding data curves, which refer to Figure 1 (including temperature time curve, transmittance time curve, air flow time curve, etc.);
(5) The entire combustion process.

The backend testing software implements temperature rise calculation, and the calculation results have judgment function. The judgment criteria are shown in the standard
