Product Description

I. Usage:
This machine is used to measure the indentation hardness of porous elastic materials. The polyurethane sponge foam samples can be tested in accordance with the national standards, accurately measuring the indentation hardness of materials such as sponge and foam. It can also be used to measure the specified indentation hardness of already produced seat foams (such as backrest and seat cushion foams, etc.), accurately determining the indentation hardness of each foam component of the seat.
Ii. Principle
In the sponge foam compression stress test, the sample is placed between the upper and lower pressure plates. When the upper pressure plate compresses the sample of A certain size at a specified speed to the concave degree specified by Method A (Method B, Method C) as required by the national standard, the load cell on it will feed back the sensed pressure to the controller for processing and display, thereby measuring the indentation hardness of materials such as sponge and foam samples.
