I. Product Overview and Application
This product uses circulating air for constant-temperature drying, featuring a high degree of intelligence. It does not require dedicated supervision. The temperature is intelligently and automatically adjusted according to the user's needs, achieving the drying effect in the shortest time. Its working temperature can be set from room temperature to the maximum. Within this range, the working temperature can be freely selected. Once selected, the temperature can be kept constant through the automatic control system inside the box. It is equipped with an electric blower to promote mechanical convection of hot air inside the room, making the indoor temperature more uniform.
Ii. Equipment Structure
This equipment is composed of imported high-quality warehouse panels. Between the working chamber and the box shell, high-efficiency insulation cotton is used as the insulation layer material, which has a good insulation effect and is safe and environmentally friendly. Opening the exhaust valve on the top of the box enables the cold and hot air in the working room to exchange through convection. The temperature control is automatically maintained at a constant temperature by a thermal expansion controller or a digital display instrument. All electrical operation equipment is installed in the control layer on the side of the box. There are side doors inside the control layer that can be removed for use when inspecting or repairing the circuits.
Iii. Performance Indicators
Note: The performance was measured after stabilizing for 2 hours without test load when the ambient temperature was +5 to +35℃. In addition, the temperature rise and fall times refer to the performance when the power supply voltage is normal and the ambient temperature is +25±5℃.
