Product Description

1, Purpose:
The melt flow rate meter is used to measure the melt flow rate of various polymers in a viscous flow state. At a certain temperature and load, the mass or volume of the melt passing through a standard die every 10 minutes is represented by MFR or MVR. It is suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. with high melting temperatures, as well as for testing plastics such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, and polyoxymethylene resin with low melting temperatures. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industry, relevant universities, research units, and inspection departments. Meets the requirements of GB/T 3682 "Determination of mass flow rate and volume flow rate of thermoplastic melt" and ISO 1133 standards. The test results were printed using a micro printer.

3, Characteristics

4, Working principle
The melt flow rate refers to the weight or volume of a thermoplastic passing through a standard die every 10 minutes at a certain temperature and load, expressed as MFR. Its value can represent the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastic in the molten state.
5, Working conditions
① Within the range of room temperature from 10 ℃ to 40 ℃;
② The environmental humidity is within 30% -80%;
③ In an environment without vibration or corrosive media around;
④ Install and level correctly on a stable foundation;
⑤ There is no strong magnetic field interference during work, and there is no strong convection in the surrounding air;
⑥ The power supply voltage is 220V, the frequency is 50Hz, and the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage.
