Product application
This equipment is used to expose the product to a closed and constant temperature (such as high temperature, low temperature)/temperature and humidity (such as constant damp heat, alternating damp heat) environment, and verify the parameter changes or other physical property changes of the product after a period of environmental stress test. It is applicable to "environmental simulation" experiments for research and development and quality control in scientific research fields such as electrical engineering, electronics, electrical appliances, LED, optoelectronics, semiconductors, new energy, automobiles, components, medical devices, aerospace materials, etc.
Standards
Test A of GB/T2423.1-2008 (IEC68-2-1) : Low-temperature Test Method
Test B of GB/T2423.2-2008 (IEC68-2-2) : High-temperature Test Method
GB/T2423.3-2006 (IEC68-2-78) Test Ca: Constant Damp Heat Test
GB/T2423.4-2008 (IEC68-2-30) Test Db: Alternating Wet Heat Test
Precautions
The acceptance of the above-mentioned performance indicators refers to the measurement obtained under the no-load condition of the test chamber, when the temperature remains constant and the ambient temperature is ≤+28℃. If it exceeds this range, it will affect the cooling performance or cause the machine to stop and alarm.
Environmental conditions:
1.Ambient temperature: +5 to +28℃ (Optimal performance is guaranteed at +10 to +28℃, and normal operation can be maintained at +5 to +30℃)
2.Relative humidity: ≤85%RH
3.Ambient atmospheric pressure: 80KPa to 106Kpa
4.Wet steam, little dust, no direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources.
5.There is no strong air convection, strong electromagnetic field influence or powerful vibration around.
6.The floor surface is relatively level and the drainage holes do not exceed the horizontal height of the floor surface.
Please do not put the following substances that may explode, are flammable or corrosive into the equipment test area. Excessive exposure of these substances to heat may cause fire or explosion. It is strictly prohibited to put the following items into the test chamber for testing:
Explosive: such as nitrates, other explosive nitric acid substances, explosive nitro compounds, and explosive organic peroxides
Corrosiveness: Corrosive substances, oxides, chlorides, nitrates, etc
Flammability: Active metals (lithium, sodium, potassium, etc.)
Flammability: gasoline, kerosene, methanol, xylene, etc
Flammable gases: hydrogen, alkynes, alkanes, etc
