Product Description

Heat shrink machines, also known as shrink machines or heat shrink packaging machines, are one of the more advanced packaging methods in the current market. Mechanical structure and working principle
1. It adopts quartz far-infrared tubes for heating. During operation, it can continuously generate infrared radiation. Combined with a powerful wind circulation, the temperature in the heating chamber becomes more uniform, while also saving electricity.

Power supply equipment and precautions
Like the wrapping machine, the heat shrink machine consumes a lot of power. Therefore, the power of the input power supply must be greater than the rated power on the nameplate of the shrink machine; otherwise, it is easy to burn out the circuit or electrical components.
2. Just like the strapping machine, the machine must be reliably grounded to protect personal safety.
Each machine is equipped with a power connection cable when leaving the factory. The lead part at the end of the cable is marked with the power identification symbol. It must be connected correctly. Violation of operating procedures may cause electric shock.
4. When the specified voltage of the machine is three-phase 380V power supply, the neutral wire must be input simultaneously, that is, the standard three-phase four-wire system. The same applies to other packaging equipment, such as vacuum packaging machines. Otherwise, the machine cannot work properly and is very likely to burn out the internal electrical components.
5. The machine must be installed horizontally; otherwise, the service life of the electric heating tube will be shortened. For machines with mesh belt transmission, their inclined installation will cause the conveyor belt to deviate from the center.
When the machine has been in continuous use for more than three months, the temperature-resistant wires in the shrinkage chamber should be inspected and replaced as appropriate based on their degree of aging.
When the ⒎ machine is in operation, the operator's palm and other parts are not allowed to come into contact with the moving parts of the machine, especially the temperature inside the contraction chamber is extremely high, which can easily cause burns.
After the packaging work is completed, the heating switch should be turned off first. Let the conveying motor and the fan motor continue to run for about 10 minutes, and then cut off the entire power supply.

 

The main operating procedures of the heat shrink machine:
a) Close the power switch and the power will be connected. Start the conveyor belt and preheat it for about 5 minutes. Then close the fan switch. At this point, adjust the temperature control knobs of the upper and lower chambers and the conveying speed according to the size of the items and the thickness of the film. After debugging and meeting the usage requirements, shrink packaging can be carried out.
b) In actual situations, if there are too many wrinkles after shrinkage, the conveying speed can be reduced or the heating temperature can be increased but not exceeding the seventh gear. Conversely, if over-shrinkage occurs, the temperature can be lowered or the conveying speed can be increased but not exceeding the seventh gear. (Under the condition of 220V voltage)
c) After the operation is completed, first turn off the heating switch, let the conveying motor and the hot air motor continue to run for about 10 minutes, and then cut off the entire power supply.
