A method used to determine the fire response performance of building materials or products (excluding floor coverings and products referred to in EC Resolution 2000/147/EC) in a single burning test (SBI).
Ii. Compliance with Standards
It complies with the requirements of the GB/T 20284-2006 standard "Test for Single Burning of Building Materials or Products" and the EN13823 test standard "Test Method for Single Burning (SBI)".
Iii. Performance Parameters
The equipment includes a combustion test laboratory, a control room, a trolley, an exhaust pipe, a data collection and analysis device, and a gas supply control device.
1. Combustion test chamber: L3000*W3000*H2400(MM). The top of the room is equipped with a gas collection hood connected to the sampling pipe and an exhaust pipe. There is space for natural air intake and exhaust under the small trolley. During the test, the heat released by the combustion of the samples and the combustion products must be discharged through the smoke exhaust pipe, which is built with brick walls.
2 The ignition source is a 31KW propane right-angle sandbox burner (with a side length of 250MM and a height of 80MM) placed in a vertical corner of a small trolley.
3 A comprehensive sampling area is set up in the smoke exhaust duct for placing sensors and sampling tubes.
4 Smoke exhaust velocity: 0.50 cubic meters /S to 0.65 cubic meters /S.
5 Indoor environmental temperature measurement: K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1MM. Environmental pressure test: ±200Pa.
6 Flue gas duct temperature measurement: Imported K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5.
7 Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.5℃.
8 High-precision pressure sensor for flue ducts, with an accuracy of ±2Pa
9 The accuracy of the time recording system is 0.1 seconds.
10 Test duration: 1 to 30 minutes can be set.
11 The smoke density measurement system can measure the smoke density during the test process.
