The user is required to configure the corresponding capacity of air and gas sources for the equipment at the installation site, and provide a power supply. Moreover, this power supply must be independent and dedicated for the use of this equipment.
Main features
The box of the test device is made of stainless steel plates (δ1.5mm) by bending, which is aesthetically pleasing and features corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties.
2. This instrument is designed and manufactured with all stainless steel materials and features six moving parts: ⑴ Y-direction movement; (2) X-direction movement; (3) Z-direction movement; (4) Y-direction sliding; (5) Rotation around the Z-axis; (6) The burner swings -450 to +450 around the X-direction.
3. This instrument adopts manual operation to achieve relative movement in the X, Y, and Z directions between the test piece and the burner, as well as quarter rotation around the Z-axis. It can conveniently determine the relative position between the test piece and the burner, and realize various test methods stipulated in GB/ T8626-2007.
4. This instrument is equipped with a positioning switch and a buzzer alarm, which facilitates the timing and conclusion of the combustion test.
5. This instrument is equipped with a manually adjustable damper device. Turning the knob to the right opens the damper wider, while turning it vice versa decreases it. When power ventilation is adopted, adjust the size of the air damper to a flow rate of 0.7±0.1 meters per second at the air outlet, and then tighten the lock nut.
When natural convection is adopted, open the air door to the maximum and lock it.
