II. Functions and Working Principle
The environmentally friendly water curtain cabinet (spray painting table) is mainly used as an environmental protection equipment for handling spray painting exhaust gases in spray painting assembly line workshops in various industries. Its working principle is that a self-suction pump circulates water and pumps it evenly down onto the water curtain plate. The exhaust gas (painting materials) sprayed by the spray gun is hit by the water on the water curtain plate and then flows into the water drain below. A small portion of the exhaust gas (painting materials) is discharged outside the workshop through the exhaust duct by the fan on the top. This ensures that there is little exhaust gas (painting materials) in the workshop, providing a better working environment for everyone. The main feature is that the remaining paint powder during spray painting can be directly sprayed onto the water pool or the water curtain surface. The smell generated during spray painting and the small amount of unabsorbed paint powder are filtered by multiple layers of water curtains and then discharged outside the spray painting room through the exhaust fan, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the spray painting working environment and protecting personal health. It can also enhance the smoothness of the surface of the painted workpieces.
