I. Scope of Application
The mica board combustion testing machine is a test method for assessing the flame resistance characteristics of the surface of mica board combustible substrates under specified conditions. It is also applicable to the determination of the flame resistance time of mica boards.

7. Burner Φ7mm±0.5mm, approximately 100mm in length, 1KW pre-mixed blowtorch, under adjustable gas source pressure of 0.1MPA, has an inner flame of 60±5mm and an outer flame of 180±10mm. The side temperature at 95mm of the blowtorch mouth rises from 100℃ to 700℃. If the total time taken is 45±5 seconds, it is determined that the blowtorch is 1KW and the temperature can fully reach 1400℃

9. Temperature control system: Digital display temperature control meter, capable of simultaneously recording multiple sets of data, with temperature curves
10. Automatic Alarm: Three thermocouples are used to measure the temperature on the front and back sides of the sample. An automatic alarm will be triggered when the temperature reaches the specified level
11. Thermocouple: The outer diameter shall not exceed 3mm; Wire diameter 0.5mm, accuracy no less than grade II, measurement range 1500℃. Two sets of thermocouples with a temperature range of 0-1000℃
12. Temperature test range: 0 to 1500℃
13. Sample size: L150*W50m and 400*300mm samples with intact and undamaged surfaces
14. Combustion gas: 98% propane gas (Generally, liquefied petroleum gas can be used instead of air source and gas source, provided by the customer)
