Product Description

The plastic pipe impact testing machine is suitable for impact testing of various plastic pipes, plastic corrugated pipes, etc., to determine the required impact energy value for pipe failure, and thus determine its impact strength. It meets the requirements of GB/T14823.2 "Special Requirements for Electrical Installation Conduits - Rigid Insulated Material Flat Conduits", JG/T3050 "Insulated Electrical Conduits and Accessories for Buildings", and ZBG33008 "Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic Corrugated Wire Conduit".
This testing machine has a simple structure, easy operation, intuitive and reliable, so its application is becoming increasingly widespread.

2, Structural description
This testing machine consists of a base, a column, a guide rod, a hammer, and a hook.
3, Operation
1. Place the testing machine steadily and place a rubber plate under the base.
2. Wipe the testing machine clean and inject thin oil onto the columns and guide rods.
3. Loosen the fastening screws, lift the guide rod, place the bell on the hook, and then place the spacing steel block at the bottom of the guide rod.
4. Place the sample on the cushion plate and make contact between the spherical portion of the spacer steel block and the highest point of the sample.
5. The guide rod is triangular with four scale lines from bottom to top, representing heights of 0, 100, 200, and 300mm respectively.
After aligning the 0 mark with the upper part of the spacing steel block, tighten the fastening screw.
6. Loosen the stop screw, move the crossbeam so that the bottom of the bell is level with the desired height mark, and then tighten the stop screw.
7. Press both hooks simultaneously to make the bell fall and impact the specimen through the spaced steel blocks.
8. Lift the interval steel block, remove the sample, and observe for cracks or damage.
9. After the experiment is completed, the bell, cushion plate, spacing steel block and other parts should be wiped clean and stored in a dry place. Do not impact without a sample.
