Usage:

Fabric water permeability tester bai (YG(B)812D-20 digital water permeability tester) is used to determine the water permeability of various fabrics that have undergone waterproof treatment, such as dao canvas, oil cloth, tent cloth, tarpaulin, rainproof clothing cloth and geotextile materials.

1. Function Description:

This instrument can do water permeability experiments of various tarpaulins, and provide various test methods such as pressurization, constant pressure timing, constant pressure timing, flexure relaxation, water leakage, etc.

3 Test Methods:

The tank needs to be filled with water before the test.

Preparation before the test:

Before doing pressurization, constant pressure timing, constant pressure timing, and flexural relaxation experiments, if you have not pressed the water button to add water before, you need to press the water button to automatically add water, and this process can be omitted when doing the water seepage and leakage method.

Before all tests, the lower chuck needs to be filled with water, press the button, enter the correction state to clear, and clamp the sample.

Pressurization method:

When the test is ready, go to the method selection in the settings and set the ascent rate. Press the start button to start the test, when the third drop of water droplets appears on the model, press the stop button, the instrument will automatically save the test data, and the piston will automatically return to the position after the test is completed.

Constant pressure timing:

When the test is ready, set the ascent rate under the booster method, and then set the endpoint pressure under the constant pressure timing method. Press the start button to start the test, when the first drop of water droplets appear on the upper surface of the model, press the stop button, the instrument will automatically save the test data, and the piston will automatically return to position after the test is completed.

Flexure relaxation method:

When the test is ready, the ascent rate is set under the pressurization method, and then the end pressure, constant pressure time, and number of flexions are set under the flexure relaxation method. Press the start button to start the test, the test is over, the piston automatically returns, and observe whether there are water beads on the upper surface of the model to determine whether the model is qualified.

Water seepage and leakage method: (constant speed)

After the test is ready, set the end pressure under the seepage method, open the right valve, drain the residual water, and then put the measuring cup under the right valve. Press the start button to start the test, after the test, measure the water in the measuring cup, and the test is completed.

If the rising rate is too high, you can use the water seepage and leakage method instead of the pressurization method, after the test is ready, set the end pressure under the water seepage method to 100KPa, press the start button to start the test, press the stop button to end after the third drop of water droplets, and write down the test results.

2. Button description: (refer to the schematic diagram of the control panel)

Emergency stop button: During operation, when the instrument fails, press this button to quickly disconnect the power supply of the motor and avoid more serious damage to the instrument.

Water button: Before the experiments such as pressurization, constant pressure timing, constant pressure timing, flexural relaxation, etc., water must be added according to the button to fill the liquid tank with water for normal testing. (Note: Only one water need to be added for each batch of testing)

Left cursor key: Before the experiment, after filling the water, clamp the pattern, you can press the key to enter the correction state, in this state, press the right cursor key, you can clear it. (Note: The instrument must be cleared to zero under natural water pressure, otherwise unpredictable results may occur)

Setting key: In the standby state, press this key, and the parameters can be set by combining the left cursor key with the right cursor key.

Right cursor key: After doing the water leakage method, if the pressure is still very high at the end of the test, you can press the key to release the water and release the pressure. Press the button again to exit the water discharge state.

Retrieval key: In the standby state, press the key, with the right cursor key, you can query the test data, and the instrument can save the test data of the pressurization and constant pressure timing method ten times.

Stop button: In any test state, you can press this button to stop the test; The piston can be pressed in standby mode, and is generally used for piston return after a failure.

Start key: When you are ready before the test, press this button to start working.
