Manufactured and produced in accordance with the national standards GB/T19216.11-2003 and IEC60331-11.
The test instrument is used to test the ability of wires and cables to operate continuously in a specified state under certain fire sources and for a certain period of time. It consists of a test part and a control part, adopting an integrated design. The outer shell of the test chamber and important components are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to smoke and gas corrosion. The control system has a high degree of automation, featuring automatic ignition, touch screen display, convenient observation and recording, and stable and reliable operation.
The gas source for the test flame adopts propane gas or liquefied petroleum gas.
The burner is a propane gas blowtorch with a Venturi mixer. The nozzle is 500mm long and 15mm wide, and there are three rows of staggered nozzles on it
The small holes have a diameter of 1.32mm and a spacing of 3.2mm.
The nozzle should be at least 200mm away from the bottom of the box and at least 300mm away from any box wall. (Box body provided separately
The inner diameter of the metal ring is approximately 150mm.
It is equipped with dual flow meters and pressure regulation. The air flow meter range is 0.5-5 cubic meters per hour, and the gas flow range is 0.1-1 cubic meters per hour. It is also equipped with a temperature measurement device (K-type thermocouple). Under the conditions of (750+50℃, -0℃), after burning for 10 minutes, the temperature difference between the two thermocouples shall not exceed 40℃. The test process is automatically controlled.
It has an intelligent detection function. When a short circuit occurs in the sample during the test, it will automatically alarm and turn off the fire source.
Five metal rings with an inner diameter of approximately 150mm as required by the standard are provided. The distance between the metal rings can be freely adjusted to facilitate the fixation and support of the test samples.
Stainless steel sample bracket, with a load-bearing capacity of 30kg
Excluding the combustion chamber (the combustion chamber requires 27 cubic meters), the air compressor is provided by the customer (3HP).
Load: The test voltage is adjustable from 0 to 1000V.
Current range: 0.1 to 3A. The test current can be adjusted according to the standard requirements, but it will be protected if it exceeds 3A.
The load capacity should ensure that the test sample can continue to be tested even when the test current approaches 3A.
The electrical circuit is equipped with appropriate protective devices to ensure that during the process of combustion or cable breakdown, personnel will not be electrocuted and the equipment will not be affected by the cable
Breakdown causes a fault.
During the electrical circuit integrity test of the cable under test during combustion, fuses must be connected in series in each circuit (three-phase) and the neutral point for protection
Transformer. When the fuse blows, there must be an indicator light to show the blown or ground phase.
For the convenience of operation, when calibrating the temperature, the position of the test sample should be fixed away from the fire source. After the fire source is calibrated, manually adjust it
Move the test sample to the position of the fire source.
If a touch screen is selected, it has the following functions: automatically detect the temperatures of two thermocouples, display the temperature curve through the touch screen, and
When the temperature exceeds the upper and lower limits set by the standard, an alarm will be prompted (the time range for displaying the curve is 15 minutes; this function is not available in digital displays).
