I. Usage:
The high-power wire and cable withstand voltage testing machine is a control device for conducting large-capacity high-voltage self-powered high-frequency withstand voltage tests on cables, controlling the voltage increase and decrease, balance and load protection during high-voltage tests. It is an important testing device to ensure the quality of cable products.
It is applicable to high-voltage tests on motors, household appliances, instruments, electronic devices, insulating materials, and wires and cables. When wires and cables undergo power frequency withstand voltage tests, due to the large capacitance between the poles, there is a large capacitive current when applying power frequency voltage, thus requiring a transformer with a larger capacity. The larger the cable, the longer the cable and the greater the capacitance, the greater the capacity of the transformer required. When the maximum test voltage of this withstand voltage machine is 5kV, it can withstand a capacitive current of less than 5A, with a capacity of up to 25kVA.
