Test principle
Under the specified flame conditions, the sample placed vertically is ignited with a small flame ignition source. After the flame is removed, the combustion performance of the sample is comprehensively evaluated by measuring the duration of sustained combustion and ignition with the open flame, and by blowing air on the sample 60 seconds after the flame is removed, observing the combustion behavior and measuring the sustained combustion time.
Overview: This equipment uses a small-scale flame (gas blowtorch/alcohol blowtorch) test method to evaluate the response of conveyor belts in fires, and is suitable for assessing the combustion performance of textile core conveyor belts and steel wire core conveyor belts. The ability to resist spread combustion under flame combustion conditions is evaluated by measuring the residual flame, combustion range and the dripping of combustion particles, and the vertical combustion behavior of the sample is assessed.
