Product Introduction
The drop ball impact testing machine is suitable for the impact strength test of products such as plastics, ceramics, acrylic, glass, lenses, and hardware. Operating Instructions
1. Clamp the test sample. According to the shape of the test sample and the drop of the test sample by the customer, use the universal fixture to clamp the test sample (whether the test sample needs to be clamped by the fixture depends on the customer).
2. Start setting the test stroke. Loosen the fixed handle on the electromagnet rod with your left hand, move the bottom end of the electromagnet fixed rod to a drop height 4cm greater than the required drop height (the drop height at this time is not very precise), and then slightly tighten the fixed handle to attract the required steel ball onto the electromagnet. Place one end of the provided right-angle square perpendicularly to the scale of the height gauge at the required height on the drop rod. Make a slight movement to align the lower end of the steel ball with the scale of the height gauge at the required height, and then tighten the fixing handle.
3. Start the test, press the drop button, and the steel ball will fall freely to impact the test sample. According to the customer's needs, the test can be repeated, the steel ball test can be replaced, or the product test can be replaced, etc. At this time, the test results of each time should be recorded.

Precautions and maintenance
Align the center of the steel ball with the center of the fixture and secure it in place.
2. After the steel ball falls, it may jump out of the box. Please pay attention to safety.
3. Do not scratch the surface of the machine with sharp objects.
4. After each test, please wipe the machine.
5. Wipe the steel balls clean and put them back in the box.
