I. Usage:
This machine is suitable for repeated drop tests on small electronic consumer products such as mobile phones, telephone receivers, walkie-talkies, MP3 players, CDS, and electronic dictionaries.

Ii. Operating Principle:
The lifting cylinder drives the upper fixture (air finger) to descend and hold the phone, then rise. When the air finger is released, the phone starts to fall freely. At this point, the double-action cylinder extends and retreats to push the phone to the position that the upper fixture can hold. This machine adopts a rodless cylinder as the driving source for lifting and dropping the mobile phone, and is equipped with a precision double-acting cylinder for the return action, ensuring long-lasting use. It can repeatedly drop products such as mobile phones to test their impact resistance when dropped from a certain height. Due to the adoption of pneumatic components and dedicated control methods, the testing speed and consistency have been greatly enhanced. The action program is controlled by a liquid crystal touch control screen and a PLC programmable controller. The two workstations are counted independently. The test will automatically stop when the set number of times is reached.
