GC900C high-performance gas chromatograph

The GC900C series gas chromatograph is a microcomputerized, high-performance, multi-purpose intelligent gas chromatograph designed and produced by our company to meet the requirements of a wide range of chromatography users. It can be equipped with various detector combinations as needed to meet the requirements of ordinary laboratories, daily production, routine testing, as well as trace and ultra-trace analysis. It is widely applied in multiple fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pesticides, environmental protection, epidemic prevention, medicine, power, scientific research and education.

Main performance features
It features excellent column oven performance, enabling true near-room-temperature operation. It can perform five-step programmed temperature rise and has an automatic column oven cooling function, namely the rear door opening function. The cooling speed is fast, achieving rapid cooling.
2. It features six independent control zones: column oven, capillary injector, packed column injector, detector, thermal conductivity cell, and auxiliary device.
3. The instrument is equipped with one capillary-specific injection port and two packed column injection ports, simultaneously installing both packed column and capillary column gas path systems, which can meet the current requirements for the selection and analysis of various chromatographic columns in chromatographic analysis.
4. The instrument features a dual gas path, three injectors and dual packed column system structure, which can effectively suppress baseline fluctuations and drift in real time and is suitable for programmed temperature analysis.
5. The keyboard is used to set various control and usage parameters (including detector operation parameters). The machine is equipped with self-diagnosis, power-off protection, file storage and retrieval, and limit temperature setting functions. It can accurately display the set values of each temperature control channel, actual values, TCD bridge current, FID amplifier sensitivity, retention and analysis time, etc.
6. Multiple detector combinations can be selected according to usage requirements: FID, TCD, FPD, ECD, NPD, etc.
7. It adopts an LCD display, which shows rich, intuitive and easy-to-operate content.
8. The reliability, stability and high sensitivity of the instrument are guaranteed by the selection of well-known domestic and foreign electrical components and their careful choice, along with precise graduated gas path control valve parts.
