Compliant with standards
Complies with the standards of GB/ T17650.1-1998, GB/ T17650.2-1998, IEC60754-1:1994 and IEC60754-2:1991. It simultaneously complies with the provisions of Table 6 in the GB/ T19666-2005 "General Rules for Flame-retardant and Fire-Resistant Wires and Cables" standard, as well as the requirements of GA306.1-2007, GA306.2-2007, and UL2556-2007, Articles 9.10 and 9.11.

Scope of application
It is applicable to the determination of the total amount of halogen acid gas in low-halogen and halogen-free flame-retardant cables and the measurement of PH value and conductivity to determine the acidity of the gas.

Equipment composition
1. Tubular furnace: The effective length of the heating chamber and the pipe diameter are 600× 42mm, and it is equipped with an adjustable electrical heating system. Heating power: 220V /10KW
Ii. Combustion Tube
Material: Refractory pipe made of silica, resistant to corrosive gases.
2. Specifications: Inner diameter 40mm. The length extending from the inlet side of the tubular furnace is 60 to 200mm, and the length extending from the outlet side is 60 to 100mm. There is a gap left for heating and expansion.
Iii. Burning Boat
1. Material: Fused quartz tubes are adopted.
2. Specifications: Length 100mm, width 25mm, depth 10mm.
3. The feeding method of the combustion boat: It adopts the driving method of bar magnets and platinum wires.
Iv. Gas Collection: Two selection bottles are used: one is equipped with a magnetic stirrer and contains 220mL of sodium hydroxide solution.
