Salt Spray Test Chamber
Meets standard:
IEC60068-2-52
IEC61701-2011
Test objective: To determine the corrosion resistance of components and their packaging materials
Equipment Introduction: The equipment uses saline or acidic saline solutions to achieve four cyclic (alternating) test effects: salt spray, drying, standard atmospheric pressure constant temperature and humidity, and low-temperature storage without moving the test sample in a test chamber; To accelerate the corrosion of materials or products in response to experimental requirements, test the degree of damage suffered by the materials or products within a certain time range.
Main technical parameters:
Temperature range 10-100 ℃
Temperature deviation ≤± 1.0 ℃
Temperature repeatability ≤± 0.5 ℃
Temperature uniformity ≤ 2 ℃
Humidity range 25%~98% R · H
Humidity deviation+2~-3% (>75% RH) ± 5% (≤ 75% RH)
Humidity fluctuation ≤ 1.5% R · H
Humidity uniformity ≤ 3% R · H
salt spray deposition
Collect salt spray deposition solution continuously for at least 8 hours at any point in the exposed area using an 80cm2 container,
Sedimentation solution reaches 1~2mL/h (number of test vessels: 3 * 3)
Spray mode pneumatic, continuous and intermittent spray can be adjusted at will
Gas source pressure 0.17-0.4mPa
Salt water tank capacity ≥ 500L
Internal load-bearing capacity ≥ 1000KG/m ²
Test mode setting and program testing (salt spray and wet heat can be automatically switched)
The sample placement bracket can place the component at a 30 degree angle to the Y-axis direction
Salt spray spray baffle type salt spray is not directly sprayed onto the sample The angle between the top and bottom of the salt spray chamber is about 120 degrees to prevent droplets from directly falling onto the sample
Two 110 * 110mm automatic control balance windows are installed in suitable positions inside the indoor pressure chamber
Salt spray test levels 1-7
