The wire and cable bundle vertical combustion tester is designed according to the requirements of UL1685, GB18380.31 standards for wire and cable bundle combustion tests and other relevant regulations. And comply with IEC60332-3-10, KSCIEC60332-3-21~25 (Class A~D) standards. When a certain amount of gas is supplied to the box and a standard ignition source is used for ignition, this instrument can be used to test the vertical flame spread to the electrical vertical flame and the status of vertical cables and wires. In addition, if the burner of this tester is adjusted by 20 degrees, it can meet the IEEE383 (IEEE1202) testing standard. If equipped with a heat release instrument, it can also measure power values such as H.R.R (heat release rate), S.P.R (smoke generation rate), etc.
The heat release testing system is fully based on GBT31248-2014 and EN50399:2011 standards, and adds heat release testing smoke pipes, air intake pipes, and fans on the basis of GB18380.31 bundle combustion testing furnace. Test the combustion heat release performance of wires and cables.

Box characteristics
1. The size of the stainless steel test box is 1000 ± 100 (W) x2000 ± 100 (D) x4000 ± 100 (H) mm. The inner surface of the box is higher than the ground, and there is insulation material laid on the back side.
