Fire testing cone calorimeter
![]()
1.1. Integrated design of 19 inch standard cabinet, beautiful and elegant, easy to operate, avoiding interference factors such as vibration
1.2 Cone Heater - Within a truncated cone, 230V, 5000W, heat output ranging from 0 to 120 kW/m2
1.3. The entire testing process is controlled by a computer with a 19 inch touch screen
1.4. It has functions such as automatic ignition, automatic timing, automatic gas cut-off and shutdown, and is equipped with online testing camera function to capture the entire combustion testing process; The computer software is equipped with a video detection interface and can automatically save to the computer.
1.5. Three K-type thermocouples and a three-stage PID temperature controller are used to regulate the temperature
1.6. Automatic Splitting Gate - Protect the sample area before testing to ensure stable initial quality measurement. Operators may have additional time to perform system testing before testing begins. For flammable samples, if there is no opening and closing mechanism, it is easy to burn prematurely. This extra time is very important for the operator
1.7 Sample holder - sample size 100mm x 100mm, thickness not exceeding 50mm;
1.8. Possess expansion functions/interfaces for subsequent combustion equipment and heat release measurement systems
1.9. The internal packaging of the gas analyzer contains CO ₂/CO standard gas, which can be automatically calibrated at full capacity through computer software without the need for external standard gas

Product Introduction -
Heat release is a core measurement parameter for evaluating the fire characteristics of materials and products. Cone calorimeter can meet all existing standards, including ISO 5660, ASTM E 1354, ASTM E 1474, ASTM E 1740, ASTM F 1550, ASTM D 6113, NFPA 264,CAN ULC 135 According to BS 476 Part 15, it is also possible to purchase in the form of components. This way, if the laboratory needs specific tests such as heat release, mass loss, smoke generation, etc., the required components can be purchased first, and then other instruments can be gradually added to the same test chamber to become complete specification instruments. This flexible feature is one of the many advantages of the conical calorimeter. The testing theory of a cone calorimeter is based on the fact that the amount of oxygen burned is directly proportional to the amount of pure calories burned. For every 1KG of oxygen burned, 13.1 MJ/kg of gas will be produced. The thermal emissions, ignition time, oxygen consumption rate, CO, CO2 generation rate, and gas flow of the test gas will all be measured.
