Product Introduction
The critical radiation flux is the main parameter for assessing the fire hazard of flooring materials, which characterizes the ability of flooring material samples to burn and spread under external thermal radiation conditions. It is an important indicator in the classification system for the combustion of flooring building products; According to the requirements of ISO9239-1,2 and GB/T 11785-2005, the thermal radiation board test for flooring materials is conducted in a test chamber to measure the critical thermal radiation value under the combustion of floor coverings through a certain thermal radiation environment. It can also be used to measure the critical radiation value of cellulose insulation materials for attic floors.
Standard
-ISO 9239-1: Fire reaction testing of flooring materials - Part 1: Testing the combustion performance of flooring materials using a radiant heat source
-ISO 9239-2: Fire Reaction Testing of Flooring Materials - Part 2: Testing Flame Spread at a Heat Flux of 25 kW/㎡
-ASTM E 648: Standard Test for Critical Radiant Flux of Floor Covering Systems Using Radiant Heat Energy
-ASTM E 970: Standard Test for Critical Radiant Flux of Attic Insulated Flooring Using Radiant Heat Energy
-NFPA 253: Standard Test Method for Critical Radiant Flux of Side Panel Covering Systems Using Radiant Thermal Energy
- GB/T 11785-2005

2 The radiant heat source is a porous ceramic thermal radiation plate of 300mm × 450mm, tilted at 30 °;
3The range of the imported calorimeter from the United States is 50KW/㎡;
4The diameter of the igniter is 0.7mm, 19/EA, located 60 degrees from the bottom of each centerline;
5 The standard board is made of uncoated calcium silicate board with a thickness of 20 ± 1mm and a density of 850 ± 100kg/m ³; Size 1050 × 250mm;
6. Small stainless steel ignition nozzle to assist sample ignition.
7 Imported flow control valve, precise control of propane flow;
8 Equipped with a blower to provide air source, the gas used for testing is mixed with a Venturi mixture.
Optical path system
1 The optical system includes a 2900 ± 100 K color temperature incandescent lamp as the light source, a silicon photodiode as the light source, and a shutter for optical testing, which facilitates 0% and 100% calibration; two Measure the degree of light attenuation using imported photovoltaic modules. The system automatically calculates the transmittance and generates a transmittance curve; The curve can be freely printed.
