Provide the following measuring equipment

-1 set of 50 sample thermocouples, 4 sets of furnaces

-25 sample thermocouple pads (compatible with EN 1363-1 standard)

-1 set of gap gauge (6mm)
-1 set of gap gauge (25 mm)
-1 set of handheld rotary thermocouple thermometer

Other requirements

-The furnace top shell is insulated with low insulation materials
-The combustion system is capable of generating standard heat within the furnace chamber,
Time temperature curve with a duration of up to 240 minutes
-The furnace wall lining/insulation layer should be made of ceramic fiber modules or equivalent materials that meet the testing standards in terms of temperature and density
-The burner slag should be made of high-density refractory castable according to the specifications of the burner manufacturer
-Used to connect 25 sample thermocouples, as well as 5 additional channels for furnace chamber thermocouples, environmental thermometers, and exhaust pipe thermocouples; Used to connect one pressure transmitter to monitor furnace chamber pressure
-There should be at least two observation ports on the rear wall for observing the entire test sample exposed to fire on the side
-Provide a refractory lining test sample constraint frame for installing vertical test samples (2m x 1.5m), equipped with independent supports to keep the frame upright
-Provide a constraint frame for refractory lining test samples, used for installing horizontal test samples (1.5m x 1.5m), equipped with an independent 4-pLeg platform to support the frame during the installation of test samples.
