2.2 Inner box material: Stainless steel plate (SUS #304), fully welded around the stainless steel.

2.6 Heater:

c. The output power for temperature control is all calculated by a microcomputer to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency power usage benefits.
2.7 Humidifier:
a. Adopt an electronic parallel position micro-motion humidification system
b. The humidification cylinder is made of the entire SUS304 stainless steel and is equipped with a water level observation window
c. Adopt the laminar flow contact dehumidification method based on the dew point temperature (ADP) of the evaporator coil
d. The latest design is equipped with triple protection devices for overheat, overflow and pressure relief

f. Water level control adopts mechanical float ball water valves to prevent electronic malfunctions.

2.8 Air Supply Circulation System:
A. The fan motor is equipped with a stainless steel extended shaft and an aluminum alloy multi-wing structure circulating fan that can withstand high and low temperatures, achieving forced convection and vertical diffusion circulation.(Units 3 and 4 use 2 sets.)
b. Adjustable side-blowing air outlet and return air outlet with protective mesh installed.

2.11 Temperature and Humidity Controller: (TIME580) Imported 5.0 "touch screen LCD display, with touch-controlled setting data input in both Chinese and English
a. Touch screen with high resolution, allowing for the arbitrary setting of fixed conditions or program conditions, and capable of switching between Chinese and English screens
b. The fixed condition can be set for 0 to 9999 hours and 59 minutes
c. The programmable mode can simultaneously set 120 groups of programs with different conditions. Within any group of programs, a portion of the segments can also be extracted to execute the loop. Up to 120 groups of test names can be planned
d. The program can set a total of 1200 different temperature, humidity and time segments (each segment can be set for up to 99 hours and 59 minutes), and 120 groups of programs can be connected in series at will. The maximum number of cycles for each segment can reach 999 times
e. It is equipped with a power-off memory device. When power is restored, it can continue to execute the remaining procedures and has the function of machine appointment execution activation and cumulative machine operation time, in line with the warranty record
f. The temperature rise and fall can be controlled by slope, and it has the function of self-calibrating the temperature and humidity reference points. It is equipped with a program setting curve screen, and the curve amplitude of temperature range and time can be set
g. It has a TIMER SIGNAL OUTPUT RELAY, which can output the control contacts required by another control program externally at any stage of the process (optional equipment).

Both temperature and humidity control adopt the P.I.D.+ S.S.R. system for synchronous and coordinated control, which can enhance the stability and service life of control components and interfaces. A total of 6 groups of P.I.D. values can be planned, and more stable P.I.D value control can be obtained in different temperature range intervals
j. Touch setting, direct digital display, and direct reading of relative humidity %R.H. All conditions are automatically locked by the microcomputer
