9. The maximum temperature inside the experimental device furnace is 1250 ℃, and at this temperature, the maximum temperature rise on the outer wall of the furnace is 30 ℃.

Technical solution features
1. The construction method of using a combination of layer by layer and layer by layer to fix fire-resistant fibers as a whole;
2. The combustion control method of individual control of a single burner, with independent adjustment of air supply and gas supply;
3. The thermocouple inside the furnace serves as the control thermocouple for the combustion system. The temperature signal collected is processed by the PLC and the average temperature value is used as the control output signal to control the combustion status of each burner;
4. When a thermocouple malfunctions, the fault temperature point will be automatically shielded, and the control system will no longer collect or record this temperature point after it is shielded;
5. Reserved communication interface for electrical control system;
