Scope of application: Mainly applicable to the propane combustion performance test of coal mine fabric whole core flame-retardant conveyor belts in roadways. The combustion performance of propane in roadways was tested in accordance with MT914-2008 "Fabric Whole Core Flame-retardant Conveyor Belts for Coal Mines". A powerful exhaust system is adopted. The exhaust fan system is activated to purify the waste gas through water curtains and activated carbon before discharging it, meeting the national emission standards.
Main technical parameters
1. Tunnel: Composed of a chamber, the outer wall of which is constructed with 25mm refractory material, its entrance dimensions are 460mmx460mm, with a length of 1676mm, and it is connected to a 300mm diameter exhaust pipe through a 1.5mm thick stainless steel conical connector.
2. Exhaust hood: Composed of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, it is placed directly above the test chamber and is used to extract the flue gas diffusing from outside the furnace mouth during the test process.
Bracket 3: It is used to place and fix the conveyor belt samples. The specifications of this test bench are: length 1500mm, width 220mm, height 160mm, and it is composed of steel rods with a diameter of 10mm.
4-phenylane burner: Composed of six combustion injectors, the injectors are inclined inward at a 45° Angle
5 Sample: ≥95% filled propane gas (provided by the user);
Sample 6: Flame-retardant conveyor belt
7. Weighing device: It is used to weigh the samples on the conveyor belt and the weight of gas cylinders before and after the test. 30 kg / 0.001 kg
8. Anemometer: Placed on the center line 310mm above the chamber ground and 285mm from the chamber entrance.
Thermocouple: Type K, outer diameter no more than 3mm; Wire diameter 0.5mm, accuracy no less than grade II, measurement range 1300℃;
10 Temperature control system: It adopts computer control. The millivolt signal generated by the thermocouple is sent to the signal regulation board. Through the data acquisition card, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal, and then controlled and reported by the computer software.

Equipment composition: It is composed of four major parts: the main control box, the blower device, the combustion support, and the combustion blowtorch.
The control box is portable.
Air purification by exhaust fan: After the exhaust fan is installed with the exhaust duct, air is made to pass through the tunnel, and the flow rate of the air is controlled by the control valve.
The frame material is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel square tubes welded together. The control box material is (t=1.2mm) electrostatic steel plate, and the surface is treated with plastic spraying, making it more smooth and beautiful.
Blowtorch: Made of SUS304 material, self-made by our company.
Control system
The control box adopts a relay control system. All electronic components are from leading domestic brands, which can better ensure the working performance and detection accuracy of the machine.
The temperature adopts imported intelligent P.I.D temperature controller (with automatic calculation function), high-precision PT100 thermocouple sensor and timer.
The equipment is equipped with the following safety protection devices: power overload protection, short circuit protection, control circuit overload protection, and ultra-high temperature protection.
